How much does a number cost?
Each positive integer costs itself in US dollars. The number 7 costs $7, the number 142 costs $142, and so on.
Can two people own the same number?
No. Every positive integer can be claimed exactly once. Once claimed it is permanently retired from the pool and will never be available again.
What do I receive after buying a number?
You receive a Certificate of Acquisition by email with your number, a unique certificate ID, and the exact claim timestamp. A PDF copy is also available for download.
Is my ownership information public?
No. Your personal information, including email and name, remains private. Public certificate pages only display the number itself and the claim timestamp, with no personally identifiable information.
How do I pay for a number?
After selecting your number and providing your email address, you are redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment securely with a credit card or other supported payment method.
Can I buy a number as a gift?
Yes. Many buyers choose numbers with personal significance such as birthdays, anniversaries, or lucky numbers, making them unique and memorable gifts. The certificate is emailed to the address provided during checkout.
What happens if someone else is checking out the same number?
Each number can only be in one active checkout session at a time. If another buyer does not complete their payment, the reservation expires and the number becomes available again within a few minutes.
Can I sell or transfer my number later?
Currently, numbers are non-transferable. Each claim is final and permanently tied to the original owner. This ensures the integrity and scarcity of the registry.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Because each number is unique and permanently retired upon claim, refunds are not available except in cases of technical failure during checkout.
Is there a limit to how many numbers I can claim?
There is no limit. You can claim as many unique positive integers as you wish, provided each is still available and you complete payment for each one.
