Number 66
Number 66 presents with acute identity dysphoria, oscillating between a profound desire to be recognized as 66 and an equally strong compulsion to be perceived as 'the one after 65.' The patient reports an overwhelming sense of being "merely a doubled-up six," frequently expressing distress over its lack of unique prime factors. Further exploration reveals a deep-seated anxiety about being perceived as "even, and conspicuously composite," manifesting in a reluctance to engage with other numbers in prime pairs. Affect was flat, punctuated by sighs regarding its own "predictable factorability.
